If your bank doesn't partner with Plaid or you have any difficulty linking your bank with your username and password, you can link it using your account and routing numbers instead. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log back into your Fynn application by going to apply.fynncredit.com.

  2. Load your current application.

  3. Type a string of random letters into the search bar, such as "asdf," so that no real banks appear. To complete this step, it’s crucial that no financial institutions populate your search.

  4. Under “Sorry, no results found,” click “Link with account numbers.”

  5. You'll then be prompted to enter your bank account number and routing number. Typically you can find these numbers in your bank's mobile app, website, or on the bottom of a check from your bank. Enter your account numbers.

  6. Plaid will then make one small deposit into your account over the next 24 to 48 hours.

  7. Once you see this deposit (less than $1.00), you can head back to apply.fynncredit.com and click the "Enter micro-deposit amounts" button.

  8. Follow the steps on your screen to verify the micro-deposit information, and your account will be linked!

Still having trouble? You can read more about this in the Plaid Help Center or reach out to Plaid directly.
