Fynn recently added two new categories to the Student Journey page of the School Portal: Recently Archived and Permanently Archived. Both of the Archived sub-categories are designed to give school reps and admins increased control over student applications in their portal and more easily respond to the needs of their students since they know them best. Keep reading for more information about each of the archived statuses.
An application will appear in Recently Archived if it can be unarchived. In order to unarchive an application, it must have been archived in the last 45 days and the student must have applied within the last 90 days.
Permanently Archived includes applications that were archived more than 45 days ago and those who applied more than 90 days ago whether or not a member of your team archived their app. These applications cannot be unarchived.
